Thermal Tank
This type of Solar Water Heater provides mains pressure via a high effective
copper coil heat exchanger (200 Feet long) located in the tank, it works as a
close loop system. The Heat exchanger inside the tank provides more than 15 sqf2
of heat transfer area. After connecting the main pressure water tap into the
copper inlet coil, when the outlet valve is open, the water flows through the
coil absorbing heat from the water inside the solar collector tank.
The solar collector tank is therefore a thermal store.
When people turn on the tap, there is immediately hot water and the water is so
clean because the water in use is directly from the tap, not from the tank.
Features:
• Two layers of vacuum tubes and one absorber fin to ensure high absorption and
conductivity.
• Heat conducted by the medium inside heat pipe transfers the heat faster and
more efficiently.
• Reliable high pressurized water inner tank of 1.5 mm thickness and 55 mm of
insulation to lockup the temperature.
• Freeze proof. Since there is no water in the vacuum tubes it will not freeze -
ever. It will not affect the efficiency of the heat transfer
• A couple of hours of daylight are enough to have a permanent hot water supply
even on rainy and cloudy days. Since the glass vacuum tubes absorb infra-red and
ultraviolet rays.
• Since the vacuum tubes have a circular shape always the sun is striking their
rays perpendicular to the tubes
• The sealed glass evacuated tube provides a stable supply of heat even during
intermittent weather. There is minimal “peaking and toughing” of heat supply as
the clouds intermittently block the sunlight. Heat supply can therefore continue
even when there is no sunlight striking the collector, due to the store of heat
within the evacuated tube.
• If a tube breaks there is no water leak
• If a tube breaks it can be easily replaced without the system having to be
shut down.

• Turn on the tap, there is immediately hot water and the water is so clean
because it uses the water directly from the tap, not from the tank
